The role-based access and permissions feature enhances security by allowing administrators to control document accessibility, ensuring that files can be read-only, editable, or restricted based on user roles. Additionally, the personalized dashboard and My Space section provides users with a centralized hub to bookmark important documents, track their contributions, and manage preferences, creating a tailored and organized experience.
